The terms that apply when you book and use our laundry and dry-cleaning services.

These terms govern your use of the services provided by Cardiff Perfections Launderette. By booking a collection you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide laundry, wash and iron, dry cleaning, and related services, with collection and delivery in our covered areas. Service availability depends on your postcode, which is confirmed at the start of booking.
Booking, collection and delivery
- You choose a collection slot and we propose the earliest available delivery based on the services you select.
- Please make sure someone is available, or items are accessible, during your chosen slots.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or for specialist items.
- A minimum order value applies and is shown in your order summary.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown per item or per service before you confirm your order. The total, including any delivery and service fees, is shown in your order summary. Payment is taken securely through our payment provider.
Cancellations and changes
You can change or cancel a booking before collection by contacting us as early as possible. Once items have been collected and processing has begun, charges may apply for work already carried out. Where you book as a consumer you have statutory cancellation rights, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Care of your items
We take great care with every order and follow the care labels on your garments. Some items carry inherent risks during cleaning (for example, older fabrics, loose buttons, or items without care labels). Please tell us about any delicate, valuable or sentimental items in advance.
Liability
In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged through our fault, our liability is limited in line with industry practice and applicable law. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, for pre-existing damage, or for colour loss and shrinkage where care labels have been followed. Please check all items on delivery and report any issue promptly.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and address details.
- Empty pockets and remove any items you do not want cleaned.
- Flag any stains, delicate items or special instructions when booking.
- Check your items on delivery and tell us quickly about any problem.
Uncollected and undelivered items
If we cannot deliver your items because we are unable to reach you or access the address, we will try to contact you to rearrange. Please collect or rearrange delivery promptly. We will store items for a reasonable period and will always try to contact you before taking any further action.
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please tell us as soon as possible, and within a reasonable time of delivery, using the contact details below. We will look into it promptly and do our best to put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
